Given a rental car that I couldn't return to the airport that my flight left from. After 4 days of waiting, and a 1.5 hour phone call with 7 people, they offered me a 10% coupon to rent a car to go to the other airport.

Nobody did anything for 4 days with my claim, proving that they had no intention of taking care of it at all. Why would they offer a rental car to an airport that didn't have the company service there??? Because the computer program runs the company, not people.

On top of all that, they charged me twice for the car.

Terrible service from the very beginning before I even left. Complete failure and lack of actual customer service by a call center in the Philippines.
