They booked me for the wrong day while I was out of town kept my money I went back online tried to get another hotel through them they charged my card a second time and that hotel didn’t even have rooms I have gotten nowhere with them and there rude *** customer service representatives they need to go out of business they are horrible and I been a customer since 2010 and I will never let any of my friends family or airline I work for shop with them again
