Not resolved

I bought a room throught the express of priceline on June 24. It show me that I can choose how many beds in the beginning.

But even thought I all finished my payment. It still didn't tell me how many beds. At the end I know the hotel is Rodeway Inn Oceanside LA. So I called the customer service to make sure to give me two beds because I(female) go with my father.

But I am very disappointed. The hotel just give us a bed. They said they can't help me to do anything.

I won't use the priceline again. I will tell my experience on the internet to let another one to know it.

Monetary Loss: $300.
