to start off the phone number they have for customer service isn't even someone you can physically speak to the only way you can speak to a live representative is through a chat which obviously not the same thing. I had to file several complaints until one of the representative that I chatted with online decided to provide me with a number that I can speak to a live person.
i spoke to olga regarding priceline not stating that the rooms are pre paid unless the room states that there is no cancelation which the website or hotel can charge you the full price the time of booking. This is very unacceptable especially with new customers that they are benefiting from getting they cant even provide with all the details of the booking the customer has to basically assume that they will be charged of the booking.
Horrible website, if you want to not be informed as to what it is that you're booking and not be able to get in contact with a live person until they decide to provide a valid phone number instead of an automated machine hanging up without resolving anything. will never book again with this website and will make sure that everyone knows what i went through so they don't have to go through this experience
