Recently booked a hotel thru priceline. When we checked out of the hotel, the hotel gave us a receipt for our stay.

It was $30 cheaper than what we paid at priceline. We assumed that the rate had gone down and we would get a refund from priceline. When we got our CC bill we were charged the higher cost.

We called priceline to get a refund and they said price difference was their booking fee. When we told them that we had used priceline many times before and that we would not continue to use them if they didn't correct this issue, they said to bad.
