i bought travel insurance on a flight and our luggage back in october 2015 and when i had items stolen out of my luggage at the airport they had me file a claim which i did. it was only for $236.00 and i submitted all the documents that i could get which was most of them.

the only thing i couldn't get was a statement from american airlines as i didn't file until i got back home to the US (we flew out of the country). i didn't think it would matter if i waited until i got back to file. hard to file at an airport where noone speaks fluent english. i ended up filing a claim with the attorney general and am still fighting with trasamerica ins.

they had done nothing but lie to the attorney general just to get out of paying $236.00 for a claim! i will never purchase ins through them again!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of need a different travel insurance company. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of priceline flight protection plan. Priceline needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
