The website represented that "Your hotel is similar to Hyatt, Courtyard by Marriott, Four Points, Doubletree, Indigo". The hotel we were booked at was a Best Western.
There is no comparison between a Best Western and these other fine hotels. Upon immediately calling customer service they failed to even understand my issue; mush less acknowledge it. The fact that their customer service is in the Philippines makes it nearly impossible to communicate with them. They just don't want to acknowledge that this is a fraudulent advertisment.
If I told you that I was going to sell you a BMW, Lexus, or Mercedes, took your money and gave you an old Ford, that would not be fair.
I would never to business that way, but they do. Be very careful if you are going to use Priceline.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss not as described of priceline best western room booking and associated monetary loss in the amount of $164. Priceline needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
