We booked a room in Mi. on july 11, for a 1 night stay on july 17.

We left Tennessee july 11 and just got into Kentucky when we had an accident, involving our pull behind camper. We had to wait for assistance and turn back around and return to Tn. The next morning we contacted the motel in Mi. and explained we would have to cancel the 1 night stay and our 2 week vacation.

They told us to call priceline and explain and cancel. I was unable to reach them by phone so I emailed them. Said they would respond within 72 hrs. Well, it has been 1 1/2 weeks with no response.

Credit card was charged the day after I booked. This was out of our hands, and they should refund our nearly $90.00 Not only was our vacation ruined, but priceline charged us for something that we could never have used!!!!
