I purchased hotel and flight through priceline.com to Edmonton. My hotel stay was supposed to be for three nights from Friday and checking out on Monday morning.
Unfortunately, my flight got cancelled so I only made it the following day and stayed only two nights. The hotel refused to refund for the one night I didn't use (or even credit me for future use). I called priceline.com and the customer care was totally rude, unhelpful and they repeated that I am not getting a refund for one night that I didn't use although they know my flight was cancelled through no fault of my own.
This is a ripoff!
I will never recommend nor use priceline.com ever again! I at least can influence my peers and I am a role model to my community.
