I was told I could transfer my cruise to Priceline and get some promotions with them because Carnival Cruise Line will not match a better price or promotions. After talking to several (3) agents, as they don't have phone extensions to get the same person, I was no further then I was to start with.
Very frustrating! They need to listen to the phone conversation I had with an agent and they will hear all the things I was told I would get.
I will never use Priceline again and I will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible way to do business!

Preferred solution: You can't offer a customer something and then take it back and expect a happy customer. If you want to keep a customer, you fulfill what they were offered, no exceptions! .
I liked: Complete dishonest business model.
