I bought a ticket via Priceline. According to the information provided with the ticket, I was allowed to have 1 bag free.

Well, it turned out that I can have 1 bag free only on the way to my destination. I had to pay for it on my way back. I did call customer service of Priceline. Their answer was that I had to check terms and conditions regarding the baggage with each airline that I fly with!!!

What this means is that I cannot trust any information that sent me, I have to double check with airlines!

I do not need a service that can’t provide me with all required information for my trip. Never again with Priceline!
