I scheduled a hotel reservation with Priceline early one

Sunday morning and tried to cancel it the same

Sunday afternoon. I requested a pet friendly hotel, so after I made the reservations I called the hotel to confirm and was informed they were not pet friendly.

I called Priceline and tried to explain and offered to let them move me to a pet friendly hotel, they said they could not help me. I was under the impression that if canceled within 48hrs of your check in date that you could.

Priceline was not helpful at all, you would think that they would try to work with you. I will never us Priceline again and I hope people read this and do the same.

Monetary Loss: $210.
