I live in an area hit by a hurricane. They made me sit on hold for over2.5 hours only to be told I'm out of luck.
They never showed any concern. I have no words for how disappointed I am in this company. All I asked for is some basic answers of how to proceed in this event. They kept saying it's not my department I'll transfer you.
They offered no answers to my questions let alone resolutions.
Natural disasters happen and they should be prepared to have some answers. Really it was their total lack of concern

The most disappointing about priceline customer care at Priceline was horrible customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
