I was traveling with 3 children. Seats were not assigned.

As soon as I booked the tickets, I went to assign seats and only ones left were upgrades that would have taken the price OVER what I agreed to pay with the "negotiator". The customer service representatives were terrible, and only repeated the same sentences over and over and over. They didn't even understand, or try to understand the problem. They talked over me and interrupted me repeatedly.

When I asked to escalate, they said there was no one to escalate to and ended the call. I have NEVER had such terrible service and I will NEVER use Priceline again.

I will be sure to tell everyone I know the same thing.

Monetary Loss: $100.
