stay away from priceline.com, me and my husband reserved 3 nights and guess what, the gave us a unsecure hotel back to the strip in las vegas on the ad say at the srip and 4 stars, and we tried to cancel and we called them and the customer service person was really un-professional and rude and unable to cancel the reservation a month in advance, also the lady has not speaking english, really bad accent and cuestomer service works until 3pm pacific time. finally they cancel but they charged us almost 100 dollars.

as a consumer i will never recommend priceline.com.

Monetary Loss: $215.
