We booked a ticket through pricelline back in March flying roundtrip from ISN to SFO on June 17th. Day of the flight we get to the airport and find out that the airline Frontier no longer operates out of ISN. No communication was sent to us to tell us of this even thought they claim they left a voicemail. No emails or anything. Suffice it to say i was on the phone with Frontier and priceline for over 3 hours trying to get this resolved and all they offered was a full refund. We are stuck buying tickets at 3x the inflated cost because Priceline failed to let us know that the ticket they offered us on their flight is NOT VALID. This was a nightmare and the compensation of a full refund is not nearly enough for the headache they put us through the day of!
We had to book last minute flights that cost us over $1100.
I am one seriously pissed off customer who will NEVER EVER shop at priceline again.
