Not much to say but donot--repeat donot use them.They are rotten-no refunds!!Rotten customer service--Barely speak english-They dont understand it and just repeat themselves from reading a script!!Like someone said-all woulda been fine had i ordered DIRECTLY from hotel-tried to save some money and go thru priceline but never ever again!!I had to cancel a week early from an emergency that came up and all they say is sorry-no refund!!!!We are doing nothing more then making them rich.You will benefit greatly by going direct!This is insane!Crooked crooked people-sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
