Priceline - Charge on my account for service not used

Do not use Priceline better to do it in person to avoid all the hassle n headache I went to pick up car at day of rental at the airport in moline Illinois and my service was denied due to not having a credit card even though on Priceline web said I could use debit card so I had to use my own car for traveling purposes.

Priceline - Rental car refund

Details
Don’t do same day reservations I paid online for a rental car, went to go pick it up and the rental car company could not contact Priceline to verify the reservation. They refused to release a car to me. I keep trying to call the customer service number and the automated service sends you in circles. I want a full refund since I was unable to get the rental vehicle.

Priceline - Debit card misused

Not recommended very bad experience online booking I booked 5 rooms on 11th March through Priceline and they charged my card for the same. However again on 16th March I was charged for 2 rooms without my approval or I have not initiated any payment. How can they use my card without any reason. .how do I get my refund back of those 2 transactions

Priceline - Poor customer service and refusal to cancel and postpone a flight and prepaid rental car.

Details
Do not use Priceline. They have poor customer service and will rip you off. I attempted to cancel and postpone a flight due to the corona virus situation. American Airlines indicates they will allow a cancel and postpone without a waiver fee. However, they said since I booked through Priceline, I must go through them. I waited 106 minutes to communicate with a representative, only to have them tell me they could not help me. They state I have to call another number to possibly cancel a flight. It's impossible to get through. They absolutely refused to cancel the car rental that is already paid. They said Priceline policy does not cancel the car rental. It does not matter if we have a national emergency. I would give them a zero is it was available.

Cancel my flight and cancel my car rental. I am willing to postpone to another time. I was not asking for a refund. Due to being 74 and having a heart condition, my doctor advised me not to take a trip now.

Priceline - I need a refund on my motel room

I booked a room and the money was immediately taking from my account got yo the hotel and their wasnt any rooms available at the time I needed. I called and asked for a refund through a computer system she told me that my refund was processed its been 2 weeks and I havent gotten my refund yet!
