There is no customer service. My call was dropped the first time I got through.
The second time an Ai voice informed me after 2 seconds that nothing can be done about my complain and I can not get a refund. Priceline is an absolute scam.
I do not know who writes the reviews of the hotels maybe AI? They should have AI customers!

I have a flight confirmation # BYIKQE for Cartelia Locke and Kathryn White, two lap children, Joseph and Jada Butgin, to Nashville, TN, non-stop, economy class. Round trip.
September 21-25, 2025.
I want to use that flight for a new round trip to Miami, Florida, 1/28-2/1/26. Priceline did not give me a refund for that flight.

Contacted Priceline refund department and they left me twisting in the wind with my issue with EASIRENT car rental Basically told me to pound sand. Never rent from EASIRENT car rental , you’ll going to regret that choice. But that’s who Priceline directed me to
Had reservation thru Priceline and checked in a day ahead of time but still had to stand there for almost 3 hours waiting in line. They had cars but made me wait in line for people that had no reservations. Thats crap. Priceline needs to distance themselves from Easirent.
I had places I needed to be. Then Priceline tells me I cant get refund for this terrible car rental place.
Priceline and Easirent stole my money. WONT HAPPEN AGAIN !!!

Big *** SCAM!!!!NEVER AGAIN LOST MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE...
I had the insurance and all and just because my daughter broke her hip and military sent her home I didnt need to fly out to see her graduate.
I have fly credit and they still wanted to charge me another 500.00 so to fly from Boise to Tri-Cities it was over 1,400. I will NEVER EVER GO THROUGH THESE SCAM ARTISTS EVER AGAIN...

We had a winter storm watch emergency and we could not visit our grandchildren in Allentown PA and so Priceline refunded my charge in order for us to make a new reservation. I am so thankful for Priceline they were very considerate and extended customer care.
We recommend Priceline to anyone.
They were very professional and yet very kind. Great Job ![]()

On our trip, all the rooms in Eureka were booked. The agent said 6 miles east of Eureka is one room available.
This was 22 miles east of Eureka! Berryville, Arkansas, Ayas Blossoms Inn was the hotel. The room looked clean, smelled okay, and the king-size bed was nicely made with a white top and fitted sheet set, with a throw laid neatly across the foot of the bed. It appeared to be made.
I took a bath, and my husband took a shower. There was no sink in the restroom, only a tub! The sink was by the door. We snacked on some groceries that we brought; there were no vending machines.
A staff member was at the front desk, and I stood waiting for 5 minutes after ringing the bell. No clerk came. My husband and I went to bed maybe 2 hours after check-in. The room was 67 degrees, and there was no blanket or bedspread (sheets only).
I got up to get a drink of water, and there were cockroaches everywhere! Disgusting, to say the least.

The hotel i booked is asking for money when I got there and ive never had that happen with a priceline reservation, I was getting the room for a close friend that came here from Florida to have cancer treatment. I payed for the room the day before go then after her treatment she went to hotel avenita and they said she needed to pay more money .
She has no money and im to far away to come there.
This is ridiculous. She is not feeling well and can even lay down after treatment...

never was refunded back money I reserved for a rental. I went to pick my car up at Hertz; they wouldn't let me rent the vehicle because they said Chime is not a major credit card.
I have a new card I tried to provide Priceline with; they refused to listen and just kept repeating it has to be the same form of payment. It's been over 2 months and I haven't received my money back.

Priceline charged me $55 to cancel my res when it was Nu car rental fault for me not to get a car. Terrible.
Nu Car Rental refused to rent to me. I had a reservation and they refused when I went to pick up my car that night.
It was very inconvenient. They said I'm on the do not rent list. They tried to tack on insurance of over $278 to my bill, and I stopped the charges; I have my own insurance.
This is fraud. I like Priceline but will never use them again.
