RIPPED ME OFF

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM USING EXPRESS! THEY TOOK ME FOR 541.00 CAUSE I CAN'T TRAVEL DUE TO BEING EXPOSE TO COVID! I CAN'T CANCEL WITH A VOUCHER OR A REFUND EVEN THO I TRIED TO CALL WHEN I MADE THE ARRANGEMENTS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ADD MY INSURANCE. LIKE i SEEN THAT COMING THIS IS BULLCRAP!!!!! Car rental and price line credit card

I attempted to rent a car on line. When a credit card offer was posted. If I applied I would receive a discount. On the car rental. I do not what happened. If I received a card and was charged. For a rental that I have no clue about the outcome.

Terrible service

I booked a hotel through Priceline. The resort had all these amenities listed. We arrived were unable to use the pools or any of the amenities with out a charge. As if this was not bad enough no MAID SERVICE! 5 days stayed in a hotel resort and had to clean my own room. Take garage out,exc. the listing for this hotel said there was room service. When I brought this to Pricelines attention they did nothing. I asked for a manager and they said I would receive a call and never did. I will not be using them to book any of my travels again

Absolutely horrible customer service

Needed to change my return flight and could not get any assistance. I was not able to talk to a live person and customer chat was no help and two different agents told me to call customer service. I was expected to wait until 2 weeks before my flight to even be able to speak to a live person. And then I couldnt even cancel my flight for a credit because they automated system wouldnt recognize my zip code and disconnected me rather than giving me the option to actually speak with someone This is unacceptable! I had to buy another one way ticket back (direct from airline because I will NEVER use Priceline again) to ensure that I would be able to make it to my work meeting. This place is an absolute SCAM

Filthy Hotel room no refund

Best Western Travelers rest S.C. room had roaches walking on walls, mold on ceiling and we left right away booked another hotel through priceline and priceline won't refund three night stay from first hotel

Complaining for a rental car America rentals en Mexico City airport

The car rental that I got yesterday socks, a lot of scratches, a lot of miles, really ugly presentation, the stick doesn't work on manual mode, make extrange noises, after returning the car I have to ask whats happening with the money for the days that I didnt used, until I ask that question they told me to write an email to (he pointed at a piece of paper) until they review they would return my money! Really disappointed, the must horrible experience on rental cars, never again

CNeed hold taken off my account I was not able to rent the car because I had no credit card just a debit card and your website said I didnt need one.

Dissatisfied with results

I am very upset with the results. Stayed with Holiday Inn in Portland, Maine was horrible. Upon complaining to the hotel they informed me to contact Priceline, which I did. Priceline contacted the hotel, and they said I never complained. When I stated that they lied, Priceline did nothing to fight for my full refund. I will never use Priceline again and will never stay at Holiday Inn in Portland, Maine. I will also make sure no one I know used them either

Terrible service

I made a reservation through Priceline and 5 minutes after it was booked I tired to cancel.. they said no refund was possible, so I thought I would just keep the wrong motel. To my surprise getting to my destination with my 3 children at midnight my reservation was not available. I didnt get a room or a refund. The worst service I have ever encountered.

Wrong location assigned to hotel room

I tried to grab a hotel room last week in Newport Oregon and Priceline assigned me to a room over 15 hours away at a quality in somewhere in California. I called immediately to clear it up and was told Id receive a full refund but have not. I use Priceline fairly frequently for work and play but Ill reconsider using it moving forward.

Wrong location assigned to hotel room

I ordered a room from Newport, OR one evening but was sold a room over 15 hrs away. Called immediately, talked to a representative and was promised a refund but was not given one. I wont use Priceline again until I do receive that refund. I use it pretty frequently for work but might switch to another service entirely. I am not pissed. I am disappointed in the service provided or lack thereof.
