I have been trying to contact booking.com and priceline.com with my issues for the reservation that booking.com made through priceline.com for the Motel 6 in Mansfield, Ohio, for a one-night stay! I have been hung up on every time I called either one of these companies with my complaint and issue!
I paid for my room when I got to the hotel at five PM. When I got my key and went to my room, the room was beyond filthy and dirty! Floors looked as if they weren't done; the walls looked like they had never been wiped down or cleaned ever. The bedding was stained with burn holes in them, sheets dirty, and the towels damp like they had already been used and stained as well, along with finding bed bugs on the pillows and in the beds!
Again, unacceptable! Again, I tried calling both booking companies and got a complete runaround for five and a half hours, and the hotel has done absolutely nothing at all, and neither had booking.com or priceline.com after being told before I was hung up on the first time out of eight times that I would be refunded and also booked at a better hotel and would be taken care of within the hour.
That again was five hours, almost six hours ago! downright uncalled for and very unprofessional and rude!

Never answered the phone - blood spatter in the bathroom - filthy bathtub and shower walls. Scared to walk around or shower without shoes.
Pictures can't demonstrate the smell in what is supposed to be a non-smoking room. Choice Hotels gave us enough points to book a night somewhere else but can't provide enough points to cover the other 6 nights we paid for because we booked through Priceline, and Priceline doesn't even answer the phone. Pictures on the website aren't accurate - bait and switch. We aren't asking for money back, just wanted Priceline to move us to another hotel that won't require shower shoes and a tetanus shot.
See photos. Truly disgusted.
Almost forgot about the blood-stained sheets and cigarette burns on the bedspread. Priceline should've at least answered the phone.

I called and called and called no one answered my call at Priceline I was on hold for forever
I got to the property and immediately had my eyebrows raised. Then, to get to the room and its stains, the tub is filthy and the chair looked worn completely out. Listen, I have been trying to get in contact with Priceline for 3 days.

The waste car rental company and I will not recommend it to anyone .they rejected my debit card, the man in the front desk couldnt even let me talk and he just ask me to go that cant rent me the car that I have already be charged for .

I booked a rental, and there were no rentals available; they said unavailable on cars. They rebooked me a vehicle three more times through Budget over the phone, and the same I was refused a rental and told none were available at all.
No cars available, so I need a refund.

They never checked in. When I was told it was canceled, I got no numbers but this: not sure what it is, Microhotel, Palm Coast, FL. They sent me this email with a partial number, which is 85412EE051051. It's been past 30 days; I did a dispute with PayPal, that's the card they charged on.
I never gave them that info, just my email. If this doesn't get refunded $210 for 3 nights, I will get a lawyer myself through Elder Source.
I called the Microhotel, and the desk clerk remembers me calling. Can you help?

Nothing at all, I was just giving the runaround. I've been calling for days trying to change or fix my flight.
I have a medical procedure coming up for my three-year-old son next week in Madison, Wisconsin.

Dispute on charges from hotel
The hotel overcharged me for my stay - I should have been charged the original stay, which was January 12-19, plus one extra day for Monday night, January 19. I checked out on Tuesday the 20th.
They are saying I broke a mirror, which I did not do. I complained it was loose the first several days, and they did nothing about it. It ended up falling off the wall before I left - it was not broken at all, but the wires behind it disconnected from the wall. Not my fault, as I told them many times.
I should only be charged the original $550.47 plus one extra day. The rest needs to be taken off the bill.
Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you, Kevin Lunt.

Bad hotel experience
I went to the Westin Travel Lodge in Palm Springs. The hotel room was gross.
Old peeling wallpapar, dirty smears in the walls.
I checked out within 20 mins. I could not bring myself to spend the night there!
User's recommendation: Do not come to this hotel. Rooms are gross. I wouldn't stay here if someone paid me! Staff us nice though.
