Verified Reviewer |File complaint against priceline and extended stay
The property advertises elevators and on-site laundry facilities; however, during my stay the elevators were extremely slow and unreliable, causing long delays. The laundry facilities were non-functional/broken, despite being listed as an available amenity. These issues were not disclosed prior to booking and significantly impacted the usability of the stay. The condition of the room and common areas did not align with the quality presented in Priceline’s listing.Management was notified of these issues but did not provide a solution, repair timeline, or accommodation. No partial or full refund was offered despite the reduced functionality of advertised amenities.Video evidence has been uploaded showing the actual condition and functionality issues at the property.
The property conditions did not match the photos or descriptions shown on Priceline at the time of booking.Multiple essential amenities were unavailable, including elevators and laundry facilities, despite being advertised. The unsanitary condition of the room required immediate cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, which was not provided. The issues were reported to hotel management during the stay, but no corrective action or alternative accommodation was offered. The hotel failed to offer a partial or full refund despite the documented issues.Priceline was used as the booking platform, but the hotel refused to take responsibility, redirecting responsibility back to Priceline. The stay did not meet basic hospitality standards, making the room unsuitable for the length of stay booked.Video evidence has been uploaded showing the actual condition of the property at the time of stay.
Upon arrival, the property was significantly misrepresented. The room and common areas were unsanitary, including visibly dirty conditions.
Multiple elevators were non-functional, and the on-site laundry facilities were broken, making basic amenities unavailable during my stay.
These issues were not disclosed at the time of booking.
Additionally, when I raised these concerns, the hotel manager responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, showing no effort to resolve the problems or accommodate the situation.
Due to the poor conditions, lack of advertised amenities, and unprofessional management, the stay did not meet reasonable expectations or the terms presented by Priceline. This constitutes a failure to deliver the service that was paid for.
I am requesting a full refund of $750 based on false advertising, unsanitary conditions, and failure to provide basic services as advertised.

Verified Reviewer |Biohazards in our room
Never answered the phone - blood spatter in the bathroom - filthy bathtub and shower walls. Scared to walk around or shower without shoes.
Pictures can't demonstrate the smell in what is supposed to be a non-smoking room. Choice Hotels gave us enough points to book a night somewhere else but can't provide enough points to cover the other 6 nights we paid for because we booked through Priceline, and Priceline doesn't even answer the phone. Pictures on the website aren't accurate - bait and switch. We aren't asking for money back, just wanted Priceline to move us to another hotel that won't require shower shoes and a tetanus shot.
See photos. Truly disgusted.
Almost forgot about the blood-stained sheets and cigarette burns on the bedspread. Priceline should've at least answered the phone.
- Never could speak to anyone
- Advertising hoax
- Priceline recommending a place that was dirty
Preferred solution: Please just move us to another hotel or give us points to book the next 6 days ourselves. Maybe have someone vet these hotels before you start booking

Verified ReviewerCancellation not refunded
i hate not talkimg to a human, uou cant talk to ai
They never checked in. When I was told it was canceled, I got no numbers but this: not sure what it is, Microhotel, Palm Coast, FL. They sent me this email with a partial number, which is 85412EE051051. It's been past 30 days; I did a dispute with PayPal, that's the card they charged on.
I never gave them that info, just my email. If this doesn't get refunded $210 for 3 nights, I will get a lawyer myself through Elder Source.
I called the Microhotel, and the desk clerk remembers me calling. Can you help?
- I canceled in 2 hrs theyre just not refunding or responding
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: priceline, all of them i dont want to speak with their AI, so sickening

Verified Reviewer |To fix flight reservation
Nothing at all, I was just giving the runaround. I've been calling for days trying to change or fix my flight.
I have a medical procedure coming up for my three-year-old son next week in Madison, Wisconsin.
All I'm asking for is a different flight for the money Priceline has of mine already. I also need to change the dates of the flight.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Dispute on charges from hotel
The hotel overcharged me for my stay - I should have been charged the original stay, which was January 12-19, plus one extra day for Monday night, January 19. I checked out on Tuesday the 20th.
They are saying I broke a mirror, which I did not do. I complained it was loose the first several days, and they did nothing about it. It ended up falling off the wall before I left - it was not broken at all, but the wires behind it disconnected from the wall. Not my fault, as I told them many times.
I should only be charged the original $550.47 plus one extra day. The rest needs to be taken off the bill.
Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you, Kevin Lunt.

Old peeling wallpapar, dirty smears in the walls.
I checked out within 20 mins. I could not bring myself to spend the night there!
User's recommendation: Do not come to this hotel. Rooms are gross. I wouldn't stay here if someone paid me! Staff us nice though.

Verified ReviewerThey’re awful, full stop
I booked a room on Priceline so I had somewhere to stay while traveling by bus. when I got there they tried to say I needed to leave an extra hundred dollar deposit that was listed nowhere in the fine print which I didnt have.
I was told that I had to call Priceline for a refund, so I was outside in twenty degree Fahrenheit weather trying to get a refund so I could get a different room. I was told theyd have the money back in my account in a business day. I said this is fing unacceptable Im going to literally die from exposure what do you mean a business day? The representative said sorry its policy, i understand its inconvenient!
I replied that it was monstrous and that I wanted to escalate the issue because I was literally at risk of dying over this and she said sorry its policy. I said no, I want to escalate! I hope you arent trying to tell me that you could find yourself dying of hypothermia and just say oh I can wait for a day for shelter, thats *** beyond *** customer service. So I was hung up on, and it was noted that I refused the refund. I found this out because I just called back to see what they did with the refund because it didnt show up in my account.
I asked them for any solution last night, asked them to just transfer the reservation to a different motel, anything that didnt involve me being outside in the snow with only thirty dollars to my name. Instead I spent the night wearing every piece of clothing I had on me, walking the streets to keep from laying down and freezing to death while I waited for someone to come pick me up and drive me to where I was supposed to be going by bus the next day. My face is covered in blisters from the cold and wind, my toes are discolored from mild frostbite.
I am not someone who gets angry at customer service reps, Im a service worker myself. But I feel like getting upset enough to cuss at the situation was completely warranted and the rep hanging up instead of escalating could have literally killed me if I had not been able to find someone to come get me.
- Disgusting handling of customer service
- Unethical behavior
- Deceptive pricing
Bed Bug in both beds didn’t stay at the hotel was charged

2 of these files i cant see? the first one is all you need, it shows 24grs cance;ation i never checked in so how did they charge my account, it said no payment either until checking out, they said it was priceline, the rooms were only $55 a nite, the hotel is looking into this & so is paypal. i will never book thru priceline again& te;; my freiends & family all over who do book all the time
Did the Priceline booking you made offer cancellation? A lot of times their prices are way cheaper but nonrefundable.
If it did not specify no refunds, was Priceline’s cancellation policy 24 hour notice? Most of the time they are more stringent (1-2 weeks). The hotel offers 24 hours, but that doesn’t apply in your case. Your customer service and policy adherence is with Priceline.
If you contacted the hotel to cancel, they just note that on your booking (so you are not listed as a no-show). That doesn’t authorize or generate a Priceline refund.
Did you initially call Priceline to cancel?
yes i did about 10+ times, & just had AI hang up on me, i didnt use their words, so the hotel is now looking into it, & so is paypal, the hotel said they gave me a refund minus a day, but never seen it yet, but i want a full refund, im a sr, on a small income, i need my money
The hotel did not “give” you a refund. They noted your reservation as “canceled” and the time and date you did so. The hotel has no authority to tell Priceline to refund your money.
