Original review Jun 21, 2026

Filthy, crack pipe, no breakfast, unsafe conditions, loud music and partying in the parking lot, 1 towel for 4 guests, no breakfast, 3 days without water in the pool. The pool is still unsafe, watered-down coffee, no toilet paper, I had to clean the toilet and tub before use. The night lock was broken, there are people who live there, and several knocked on my door to ask for a cigarette.

Original review updated Jul 31, 2026

I booked a hotel room with Priceline for two nights at Woodspring June 2025. I was locked out of my hotel room, and a complaint was made to the hotel.

The hotel manager explained that because the complaint was third party that she could not do anything but to make a complaint with the third party who was Priceline.

I followed up the complaint that was made through to Priceline (833-***-***-**) who I made the reservation with. However, Priceline then informed me that the reservation was through Booking.com. However, I did not make the reservation through Booking.com. So, I contacted Booking.com and long story short, they apologized for the inconvenience, reached out to the hotel and promised a refund for the first night but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND, still waiting (2026).

The confirmation number and reservation number of the complaint with Booking.com is 466430****. Please help me get my refund of $102.49 This is misleading business practice. I did business with Priceline not Booking.com. They promise refunds then do not make good on it.

Priceline and Booking.com should be investigated.

I had a similar issue in 2024 that went unresolved. Priceline took my money for a cancellation that was made within 10 to 15 minutes of making a reservation.

This is how they thrive, by taking people money.

I will not use either company again! Just a warning to those who are considering using either company.

I need to cancel a reservation that was made yesterday for August 13th 2026 to August 14th 2026 when I specifically put July 30th to July 31st 2016 and we went and paid didn't even realize it was paid

Priceline - I need to cancel a reservation that was made yesterday for August 13th 2026...

First off, my name is Thomas Devine, and I am 49 years old. The most valuable thing that I could have ever been blessed to have crossed paths with is my 75-year-old retired 20-year Army lieutenant colonel, Kathleen Joanne Wiltsie.

They know that she feels this way because of the lack of care for anybody other than themselves or whatever the case may be and don't give a crap about double-checking anything. I kind of take every aspect of that personally because when I do something amazing and special for this amazing woman, which is far and few between, thank Jesus it has been a lot more so this past month. When I set up a reservation before she did, it totally screwed everything up. We were still going to leave; the reservation was made and paid for on July 30th.

We got there probably at one or two in the morning because we spent some time in Williamsburg, and I wanted to treat her at Captain George's for amazing crab legs. The ride from point A, the entrance of being all the way down to where the Wyndham of Virginia Beach was, was the most horrible, dreadful, scary ride I've ever taken. First, should I say, I haven't taken in such a long time? It was so horrible—the atmosphere and everything was so dreary.

When we arrived at that hotel in Virginia Beach, that fat, lazy *** behind the counter didn't even want to hear the confirmation number, let alone acknowledge the reservation. He was so nasty that he basically smirked when I realized that it was for August 13th. When I asked him about getting a room, supposedly there were no reservations other than one that was $600 and then, oh yeah, a suite which was 1,000 or something like that.

I mean, are you serious? This is a 75-year-old beautiful woman who has dementia and miscarriage, so that is pretty pure straight ***

Hello,

I am writing about my Quality Inn reservation (trip number 132********) for checkin on Aug 8, 2026. I arrived after driving seven hours and found the property in poor condition (trash, overgrown weeds, plywood on rooms, empty pool, and no breakfast as advertised).

I spoke to Priceline and the agent canceled the booking and initiated a refund of $140.97 during the call.

Please confirm receipt of these photos and provide written confirmation that you received my complaint and the status of any internal followup.

Priceline - Refund

Twice now I have reported that I missed my connecting flight dated June 25. The flight was totally paid for.

The first flight from Phoenix was to Denver, which was delayed due to weather. Immediately after landing in Denver, I literally ran to make it to my flight to Colorado Springs, which took off without waiting. United Airlines 4745. Your rep on the phone said Priceline would contact me to tell me what the refund would be.

The communication between these planes was just terrible, if not none! I had to wait an hour and a half in the airport at midnight for an Uber and pay well over $120. I got home at 3:00 AM.

Please refund! You said it would be refunded; however, we do not have any record of it being refunded.

I booked a room at Extended Stay America Fort Myers Northeast through Priceline, expecting accommodations consistent with the listing and advertised standards.
Upon arrival, the property was significantly misrepresented. The room and common areas were unsanitary, including visibly dirty conditions.

Multiple elevators were non-functional, and the on-site laundry facilities were broken, making basic amenities unavailable during my stay.

These issues were not disclosed at the time of booking.
Additionally, when I raised these concerns, the hotel manager responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, showing no effort to resolve the problems or accommodate the situation.
Due to the poor conditions, lack of advertised amenities, and unprofessional management, the stay did not meet reasonable expectations or the terms presented by Priceline. This constitutes a failure to deliver the service that was paid for.
I am requesting a full refund of $750 based on false advertising, unsanitary conditions, and failure to provide basic services as advertised.

I reserved a Rental SUV from Budget at LaGuardia Airport, New York July 17-19 ****. The Rental SUV came from Budget.

The Priceline trip number is 241-***-***-**, and the total cost would come out to be $298.45. The Budget Car Rental at LaGuardia Airport, New York charged me.$561.17 for the Rental.

They charged my credit card last for 7123 for $659.70. I told the clerk that I would use my own insurance for my Privately Owned Vehicles.

Why is the price different and much more than you stated on the contract?

User's recommendation: Say what the cost is first not when I pick up the vehicle.

I just checked into a hotel and theres a cockroach in the sink. I took a photo of it and thats what the Internet is telling me the insect is.

I would like a refund.

We first inspected the mattress for bedbugs. We did not find any.

However, the second bed did have a cigarette hole in the sheet.

The room smelled like smoke.

They did offer us another room, but we refused and decided to go somewhere else. The front desk gentleman said that Priceline had not called him to request a refund exception.

It appears they are in the process of remodeling and I hope they improve their facility soon.

So we needed our flights changed no one was accommodating to change flights or refund the flights and now I've lost my money which I couldn't afford to do for something that was beyond my control.
