Going to same process with then did not completely book but were fast to get my money that still pending, I will have to use time to contact state attorney too.

Now you also know not to book a hidden information booking with Priceline or any other internet broker. And maybe you also know to READ terms and conditions before you buy something, especially online.

Don't Use I write this post with a sad face. I recently had a horrible experience with Advantage Car Rental, which I paid for through PRICELINE. The rep at Advantage refused to get me my rental car from their Kiosk, there was a note on the rental desk that told me to go there. I took the time to call Advantage and let them know what happened and to report the complaint. Now neither company will take responsibility and get me a refund. Priceline has been unwilling to help with an email address or phone number or have someone call me NOTHING! Please take my situation into consideration, is saving $10 worth this? I recommend not using PRICELINE - go directly to the carrier you are using as Priceline doesn't stand behind their transactions. BEWARE

Do not use Priceline. Priceline charged me for a reservation next Oct. I made the reservation "cancel free" by Sept 29. The charge $ 987.45 came on my credit card. Please refund me $ 987.45 ASAP. You had no business charging me 9 months ahead of my reservation. I cannot take the trip because of the cornavirous. I'm 75 with a heart condition. Please refund my money. You would be better served if you had someone taking phone calls. I need my money. Thank you. Joan Smith

Don’t use Priceline I have been on the phone several times since with customer service since a March 19th: I was at hotel to check in and could not because they would not accept my virtual credit card. I was told I would be refunded. I spoke to another Priceline rep on Saturday and was told I was being refunded. I have been refunded for initial charge but I was charged again at 8:21am on Saturday for same amount again, i am beyond upset with this whole ordeal and would like this issue resolved ASAP! I can provide documents showing Priceline charges that resulted in me being negative in my account.
