I have been trying to contact booking.com and priceline.com with my issues for the reservation that booking.com made through priceline.com for the Motel 6 in Mansfield, Ohio, for a one-night stay! I have been hung up on every time I called either one of these companies with my complaint and issue!
I paid for my room when I got to the hotel at five PM. When I got my key and went to my room, the room was beyond filthy and dirty! Floors looked as if they weren't done; the walls looked like they had never been wiped down or cleaned ever. The bedding was stained with burn holes in them, sheets dirty, and the towels damp like they had already been used and stained as well, along with finding bed bugs on the pillows and in the beds!
Again, unacceptable! Again, I tried calling both booking companies and got a complete runaround for five and a half hours, and the hotel has done absolutely nothing at all, and neither had booking.com or priceline.com after being told before I was hung up on the first time out of eight times that I would be refunded and also booked at a better hotel and would be taken care of within the hour.
That again was five hours, almost six hours ago! downright uncalled for and very unprofessional and rude!

- - March 20 rental had a check engine light and driving issues.

I have been getting the complete run around for days haven't spoken to one person to help me with my situation seems like the only thing that matters is that the company got their money because my questions or concerns have not been addressed and it's been over 96 hours...
I immediately went back inside and informed the staff of the situation. They told me that they were aware of the situation and that the vehicle had been checked out and was in good working condition. However, a couple of hours after leaving, acceleration messages kept popping up and the vehicle was driving funny. I immediately started calling and emailing the rental company.
At that time, they were unable to switch me to another car because there were no more 7-passenger cars left. I was instructed to come back to the office. When I got there Saturday, the workers were new and had no idea of how to help me. The branch manager's name is Tonya, and she has made no effort to contact me in any way, even after I've left several messages, emailed, created a ticket, and been to the office.
This wasn't fair to me or my family to purchase a rental and not be able to use it. At this time, I'm requesting a refund.

Never answered the phone - blood spatter in the bathroom - filthy bathtub and shower walls. Scared to walk around or shower without shoes.
Pictures can't demonstrate the smell in what is supposed to be a non-smoking room. Choice Hotels gave us enough points to book a night somewhere else but can't provide enough points to cover the other 6 nights we paid for because we booked through Priceline, and Priceline doesn't even answer the phone. Pictures on the website aren't accurate - bait and switch. We aren't asking for money back, just wanted Priceline to move us to another hotel that won't require shower shoes and a tetanus shot.

Almost forgot about the blood-stained sheets and cigarette burns on the bedspread. Priceline should've at least answered the phone.

They never checked in. When I was told it was canceled, I got no numbers but this: not sure what it is, Microhotel, Palm Coast, FL. They sent me this email with a partial number, which is 85412EE051051. It's been past 30 days; I did a dispute with PayPal, that's the card they charged on.
I never gave them that info, just my email. If this doesn't get refunded $210 for 3 nights, I will get a lawyer myself through Elder Source.
I called the Microhotel, and the desk clerk remembers me calling. Can you help?
