Priceline - Cancellation refund

I was charged for a hotel room that I wasn't even able to stay in because the employee at the front desk told me he didn't rent to "locals". I tried multiple times to speak with someone and even was hung up. I would really just like my money back for the room I didn't get to stay in. Thank you Kierra Littlejohn

Showed up checked in spider in corner of ceiling roaches crawling on door filthy horrible smelling room carpets absolute filthy!!everything dirty !!!!!

Priceline declaring a reservation at a closed hotel non-refundable
I have a reservation at the Hyatt Centric in Long Beach, CA from July 9th-12th. Looking at their website, the hotel is closed until July 15th. I have tried calling the hotel - no answer. I have contacted Priceline. I am caught in a customer service loop. They are currently stating that the reservation is non-refundable. How are we supposed to stay at a hotel that is closed? Why is this considered non refundable?

Horrible and I get priceline on the phone, hung up on , they don't follow through, they send email. Ask for supervisor immediately disconnected followed by a do not reply generic email.

This is multiple complaints regarding issues with price line and booking.com due to using price line but reservation was completed through booking.com, no communication, no resolution. I advised priceline and hotel that we did not receive up to our room in anyway. I originally booked the king suite with sofa bad on line and paid for it. Nothing has been done !!

Got to hotel the room was dirty, toilet broken, bugs in bed in middle of night, didn't get suite that I paid for or chose on line, had to change rooms which they said was upgrade was not , was what I choose on line and paid for, had to spend 10 hour's doing laundry 45.00 spent to sanitize all of our items, paid for lyft to go to store in the middle if the night to buy detergent and bleach , bites all over us , disgusting smell through the entire hotel no one was willing to help refused refund, gave 10 discount to us which we had to stay another night to use. The hotel is unclean owners refused to speak with general manager had me go round and just providing basic answers no solutions.

Wouldnt give me a refund until the police had come.... i made a reservation and wasnt apple to check into my room it was a complete nightmare i told the to stop harrising me or i would call the police again... i have a lawyer i dont think i need to sue the company at this point but i will never rent from priceline again because of it. Priceline charged me for a reservation next Oct. I made the reservation "cancel free" by Sept 29. The charge $ 987.45 came on my credit card. Please refund me $ 987.45 ASAP. You had no business charging me 9 months ahead of my reservation. I cannot take the trip because of the cornavirous. I'm 75 with a heart condition. Please refund my money. You would be better served if you had someone taking phone calls. I need my money. Thank you. Joan Smith

I checked into the LaQuinta in Vance Jackson and went to the room which seemed of mildew and was not feasible to stay in. I checked in the LaQunita because I had stayed in a LaQuinta in Cookeville TN and expected the same quality. This one is located in an unsafe area in my opinion. I walked in the room and was back at the desk to cancel within 10 minutes. I am requesting a refund for the 1 night charge. The pictures that were provided on your website for the rooms are very very very misleading and I doubt if I will ever use Priceline again and will recommend my family and friends not to utilize your services.
