The website clearly offered 4 different top hotels as the potential hotel, but what did I actually get? Roadway Inn, 2 star, smells like cat *** outdated hotel. When I called customer service they refused to help me! When I asked for a supervisor they put me on hold for 15 minutes until i just hung up. BEWARE HOTWIRE LIES! And do not stay at Roadway Inn!

Typical. I was told my refund was sent.

IT WASNT. The customer service representatives are trained incorrectly.

They were told it takes two billing cycles to show up. My guess: they hold onto your money collecting interest on it TOTALY ILLEGAL.
