I was literally robbed of $300.00 by Priceline. I had been a customer for nearly 20 years and this is the first time I've been scammed. The Customer Service phone calls are now routed to the Philippines and they have absolutely no intent on making sure they take care of their customers.

Same story here. 230.00 double booked a room by accident.

Refused refund. Unbelievable after 15 years and who knows how many thousands of dollars ran through them, first mistake and they treat me like I’m a crook.They lost a loyal customer too!

What has happened to the old customer loyalty. AllMoney now!
