Took a few hours and 4+ phone calls to receive my credit | Priceline

I've now spoken with 4 representatives (I'm currently on hold and hoping this is the last time). A cancellation and credit was put through with the hotel, but in order to get the credit back to my card I need to have the credit processed through Priceline. The first time I called they put me on hold to verify my claim with the hotel. I waited for over a half an hour on hold and I was hung up on. Prior to being placed on hold I was told I would receive a ticket number to update to me on the situation to my email. Never received one, checked my spam folder to verify. Called back the next day was told the manager at the hotel denied the cancellation. I called the hotel and was advised the cancellation was put through. Called back customer service again and dealt with the worst of the bunch, MICHAEL, who would not help me unless I had the name of the manager I spoke with at the hotel. I advised him if he put me on hold and called them, the manager would pick up the phone and verify as I had just spoken to her, he wouldn't. I called to get the manager's name, took all of 1 minute (thanks Michael), and then called customer service back again to explain the situation for the 4th time. 25 minutes of being placed on hold to verify everything, I was finally just told I would receive my credit in 3-5 business days. I will be checking my account to ensure this goes through as I do not trust this company after the run around I've received. All for $66.05, nothing even remotely expensive in terms of most hotel stays. Confirmation # R826749389

Misleading Express Deals | Priceline

Priceline is wonderful UNTIL you actually need help with customer service. They give you advertise these amazing deals that lock you in and show "examples" of what you may receive. However, they give you the bottom hotel on the list. If you contact customer service, they string you along as if they're helping, only to come back and say there is nothing you they can do. I used to love this site and used it for all of my travel needs for years. I even have all of my family and friends using the site, but here lately, the quality of hotels in the deals have gone down and you can get better hotels deals on the competitor's site. I am very displeased with priceline.

Absolutly terrible customer service! Booked flight plus rental car via Priceline. Flight was delayed. I called the rental car company to inform of my delay. They were unable to help due to reservation had been made by Priceline. I contacted Priceline and was delivered the worst customer service. Agent did not speak to me with any common sense. More or less like a robot. No matter what she was not going to assist. Her only answer was, "Sorry. I cannot help you with this." This is unacceptable.

Terrible Company | Priceline

Rented a car had to cancel trip and did not refund my money even though if you book directly with the car rental company they will refund the money. Priceline took my money and ran with it. Terrible unethical company that takes pride in ripping people off and shields their upper management from the upset customers. Do not rent from this company and there are other options to get the same price without having to deal with this company. Any company that you cannot escalate up past the call center I would say is not an honest company and should be avoided at all cost. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Booked a room with the express deals which I understand is discounted. Tried calling customer service to cancel the reservation because I wouldn't be able to make it due to a work emergency that occurred and I live 5 hours away from the destination. The gentleman on the phone was very rude about the situation and personally working with the public I get how rude customers can be but there was no excuse for how unhelpful this employee was and the manner of his tone and abruptness.

I wanted to cancel air ticket in a hurry. I called them and was put on hold. For over 1 1/2 hours. This is their game. They don't give you a hold time or a *** number. They just don't have any respect for the customer. This is how they make profits. They never answer the phone so yo cannot cancel. Even if someone answered I assume they would not give a refund. It is amazing they get away with this This is the last time I buy anything through them

I live in an area hit by a hurricane. They made me sit on hold for over2.5 hours only to be told I'm out of luck. They never showed any concern. I have no words for how disappointed I am in this company. All I asked for is some basic answers of how to proceed in this event. They kept saying it's not my department I'll transfer you. They offered no answers to my questions let alone resolutions. Natural disasters happen and they should be prepared to have some answers. Really it was their total lack of concern I had several up coming car rental reservations...I cancelled them all

I had booked tickets from Abu Dhabi to Washington Dulles on depature Aug 5 th and return on 23 rd aug 2016...for myself and my daugther ...due to transit visa issues we couldnt take this flight and we cancelled out ... I had to take another direct flight to washington...

Price line did nt get my refund back fr me infact told me i could make travel

Plans in near future .. But wht if i dont get visa then...

Now i worried ... Anyways priceline said they would get a refund on taxes but thr is no action taken untill now
