You can't offer a customer something and then take it back and expect a happy customer. If you want to keep a customer, you fulfill what they were offered, no exceptions!

Listen up, Bill Shatner and Kaley Cuoco! The company that pays you big bucks for your funny commercials has BAD customer service. In a nutshell, here's my complaint (which mirrors many thousands of other customer complaints): I booked a hotel through Priceline for several nights. My stay at the hotel was horrible; my complaints were all 100% legitimate. Hotel staff couldn't do anything; manager was unavailable. I took complaint to Priceline who tried to contact hotel management but they simply refused to provide any compensation. They did not deny my complaints at all, they simply refused. All I was asking for was 10% refund when others would have demanded at least 50%. Priceline COULD HAVE fixed this so easily and kept me as a customer. But NO. Priceline does NOT have the lowest prices anyway so SAVE yourself some aggravation and go to Priceline's competitors. So whaddya say, Captain Kirk and Penny?
