I reserved a rental car on Priceline but when i called to cancel the rental the day before pickup I was told that I would have to pay a $47 penalty... Even though the top of the reservation said "FREE Cancellation until Pickup". I will never us priceline again.

I WAS TOLD BY CS THAT A REFUND WOULD TAKE 24 HOURS ---6 DAYS LATER STILL NO REFUND. I KEEP GETTING DIFFERENT STORIES AND AM SICK OF IT. THE LAST TIME I GOT PA YPAL ON A CONFERENCE CALL WITH THEM AND PRICELINE CHANGED THEIR STORY AND SAID -- OH YOU HAVE TO ALLOW UP TO 10 DAYS FOR A REFUND. SO SICK OF THIS BS. THATS A CRAZY AMOUNT OF TIME TO HOLD SOMEONES MONEY … NEVER AGAIN WITH PRICE LINE-- NEVER, EVER, AGAIN.

Horrible customer service | Priceline

I was only able to speak to the office overseas getting different answers to my problems from every representative. This being the first time I’ve used Priceline so I cannot speak about anything more then the difficulty getting a problem resolved. I’ve spent hours on the phone no one seems to know where to give me a reason why they are holding onto my money which they have already received from the airlines

I was on hold for over an hour no one ever came on to the phone I need to change my reservation I bought trip insurance which is absolutely completely useless don't even consider it and Istill .. no one has answered the phone this is horrible customer service people have a lot of things to do in their day sitting on the phone on hold for an hour is not one of them i will never use Priceline again
