Priceline - MASSIVELY SLOW REFUNDS!!

I WAS TOLD BY CS THAT A REFUND WOULD TAKE 24 HOURS ---6 DAYS LATER STILL NO REFUND. I KEEP GETTING DIFFERENT STORIES AND AM SICK OF IT. THE LAST TIME I GOT PA YPAL ON A CONFERENCE CALL WITH THEM AND PRICELINE CHANGED THEIR STORY AND SAID -- OH YOU HAVE TO ALLOW UP TO 10 DAYS FOR A REFUND. SO SICK OF THIS BS. THATS A CRAZY AMOUNT OF TIME TO HOLD SOMEONES MONEY … NEVER AGAIN WITH PRICE LINE-- NEVER, EVER, AGAIN.

Priceline - They showed me as cancelled( for free) and still charged me

Just like when I called before, they hung up right as I called. I've done this about 16 times and I'm about to hurt someone. Please help

Priceline - NEVER AGAIN YOU THEIVES

It has been years but the bad taste has not deminished! My wife booked a car and put it under her name. Sadly she left her forms of payment at home. So when i went to pay for it they refused! The “names” were different! Then when we tried to cancel they STOLE 20%. Please please please DO NOT under any circumstance use Priceline!! This company’s bad, unfriendly, customer prejudiced, practices needs to end!
