I just received the WORST customer service in my life!!!! The gentleman I spoke to introduce himself as CARL and he didn't give me his last name. I will not ever ever ever buy anything through this webpage and I will make sure my friends do the same. Horrible!

I tried the Name Your Price DIS-service, and they booked me in a hotel way out of the area I wanted, with a price that was $27 OVER the amount the hotel listed on their regular website. Called to cancel and they won't. Don't care about customer service, total scam. Asked just to credit, so I could book the normal way and they wouldn't do that either. WILL NEVER USE THAT SERVICE AGAIN and will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT USE..... Booked a vacation package. 3 Adults - Flight ($500) & Hotel($1419). Situation changed was now 4 adults in the room, too many personalities *I mean ladies for one bathroom. Decided to get another room. Do you think they would give me a deal on the room? NO! Would they negotiate a cheaper price for another room? NO! I mean I paid for flight & hotel for 3 people, could you work with me... not expecting a full refund on the room portion of the package? NO! Could I talk to a manager? NO! Was told they have a customer service team that had to follow the same rules so I would be wasting my time. Thank you priceline for nothing, After this vacation I will NEVER use them again or RECOMMEND them to anyone. Once they have your money, they say sorry didn't you read the contract fine print. NO help for YOU!

So how is any of this pricelines' fault? Another person decided to join your "party", make them purchase the extra room.

Yes, you paid for flight and hotel, but I'm sure you got a bargain on that.

I'm guessing if it wasn't a good deal you wouldn't have booked it. I'm pretty sure you "personality" was really the problem here.

Never, ever, ever use priceline. I have been a loyal and frequent user for the past year. Most of the bookings were fine. I learned that when you have a problem, you are on your own. Tonight, i arrived at a Hilton booked through priceline and was given a room without a bed. You think i am joking? I am not. They gave me a hospitality suite with a pull out sofa. priceline was willing to call the manager of the hotel the next day to see if the hotel would issue a refund. priceline "customer relations" read the same things off a script but did nothing to solve the problem. The customer relations rep even refused to let me speak to a manager. All the script told her was that i could write a letter to Executive Service in CT and put it in the mail -- seriously, no 800 number; no email address. the only explanation is priceline doesn't care what sort of room you get and if you get a bad one (or, as in my case, one without a bed) you are on your own. Buyer Beware!

I contacted priceline.com after the above posting. priceline.com had declined to do anything about the "room without a bed."

Don't screw around, take this to court! In the last couple of years I've had a couple of experiences with different companies and took them to court (if you're poor, you can get reduced court filing fee or free fee). The snarl like they're bad dogs, but if you stick with it and do your research, they'll end up making an offer.

Priceline Does Not Do Refunds...for any reason!!!

I booked a hotel online and had the wrong date on the computer. When I called them immediately, they would not change anything and took my money anyway. So I was out $185 for a hotel room I never stayed in. Their customer service was absolutely non-existent...and rude!! I will never use Priceline.com again. They don't really care about repeat customers. I tried to call the hotel to cancel the reservation, but they told me that they cannot touch the reservation since it was made online with Priceline. Get this...they said this happens all the time with Priceline and they never do anything about it....how's that for service.

Do not trust this company what so ever .I will just write to save time .....but just an FYI ...I JUST READ that priceline brought out kayak.com though it will still be under the name kayak it will be run by priceline so you might want to stay away from this company too !!!! And what everyone says about getting your money back is impossible just because everyone in customer reads from a script and don't care how they treat you all i can say i hope karma gets to each and everyone of them twice over its only right !

Priceline has the worst customer service!!!!!!

Don't ever use name your own price. They are like robots when you call customer service and their response is always I am sorry maam there is nothing I can do. When I asked to be transferred to someone who can do something they still say I am sorry maam there is nothing I can do. Now they have us landing at an airport after midnight and the airport has no rental car agencies open at this time. When I asked if we could skip the second leg of the trip and just drive it out they said no and didn't care that my family would be stranded in an airport over night. They won't let you talk to anyone else and they all read from a script. The worst customer service I have ever dealth with.

Priceline is a scam

Priceline is a scam. Purchased several cruises on Priceline and have been a loyal customer. With the last cruise we purchased 2 balcony rooms and received "free 2 night hotel vouchers" which we tried to use. When we used it, it cost us over $140 and when we called to cancel they refused to cancel our hotel or help us. We spent several hours on the phone with them and bounced from manager to manager. Very disappointed. Will never purchase from priceline again. Lost four loyal customers that used priceline all the time. Big bonus for other travel sites as they will be getting our business, instead. Priceline is a big scam.
