A robot would also have enough sense to not hit that little tick box saying you agree to the terms if you really didn't or was smart enough to read them.

I recently went in vaction and had reg a rental car in line! I got to air port after check in date. Had to turn around cause of a family emergency! Told them to cancel car cause I would not be able to use it! Trying to get a refund now on something that was never used due to a family death! And all the customer service team told me was well I am sorry we cannot refund you!!

Priceline is the worse!!!! A airline ticket was booked for someone else with my Bank account, without my authorization on top of that Time of flight was changed 3 times. I wrote I wanted it cancelled they sent me back a form letter that showed they hadn't even read my email. I went on Chat and they gave me a pricelinefraud.com address that didn't exist. You can get much cheaper and more flexible prices with a simple search. That way you know what you are getting before you pay for it and often can change it if plans change. Let's be honest often in life things don't always go as planned.

Non-refund.... | Priceline in Compton, California

I did reservation my ticket 05/11/2016 ~ 05/12/2016. However, I need to cancel my ticket because I have to do important something. So I found at web-site for cancel, but "cancel" is not showed. After that, I contacted with Price-line. They say "This ticket is non-refund." What is it? non-refund? Ticket price is around $290. Price-line, are you kidding me? Price-line should be think about that. If someone want to cancel the ticket (ticket price about $1,000), Price-line will say "That ticket is non-refund.". I swear that I never use price-line. I will always use other company. Price-line is too bad company and they think only money. Don't think about people!!!

When I arrived the hotel said that priceline booked a smoking room for me. I understand that Priceline policy is a non smoking room. The woman in the counter changed to a non smoking. I found *** on the toilet and hair in the beds, so I called, they call someone to change the bed and clean the room. But to be honest I was not confortable with the cleaning. I asked for a room change and they said that they could only give me the smoking room that priceline booked for me originally. That was so unfair, because priceline promised non smoking rooms and now Im suffering the consequences. I called priceline so that they reimbursed or change my reservation. Im trapped here after a twelve hours trip. Priceline said that they will talk with the hotel, after that, they said that they cant do anything for me. I have to said that is amazing that after almost 9 years booking with them and more than 20 reservations, they don't find my business valuable enought to do something about. After 12 hours driving and trapped in a hotel in this conditions. I recorded the conversation with priceline customer care and, also took photos of the hair that is black long hair and my is blonde. The customer care representative was Roy and, I also spoke with Mario a specialist who talk with the hotel for a second time with the same results and said that they cant offer another place to stay. They said that the hotel is a 2 and a half stars, it looks like a motel. I have to add that, I never spoke to customer care before. So if I call for the first time after 9 years, I hope that you take me seriously and do something.

Priceline not taking responsibility for their agent’s fault

Priceline is NOT taking any responsibility for their agent’s fault. My flight has been delayed for more than 22 hours and the agent insists only 2 options for that: accept the change by the airline or refund the partial value of the ticket. When I choose to refund and after the agent calculated manually for 10 minutes, they provided me the information the total amount of $476.4 will be refund to me. I referred to more than an agent for the refund total amount and that’s the amount provided by few different agents. By that, I made my decision to get a new ticket on my own because the price difference is not that much for the new air fare. After a month, my bank statement did not show any refund from Priceline, I called again and ended up there was only $234.8 will be refunded to me. I am so upset and I called for more than 7 times engaging on the phone for more than an hour trying to solve it. BUT, what the final result that I got was not a single penny more for the refund. I insisted $476.4 is the amount provided by the agent and now I got less than what I should is not acceptable! The agent is not helpful at all and told me action will be taken towards the agent who provided the incorrect information and NOTHING we can do for the customer! I am totally frustrated as this is definitely not my mistake as a customer, I made my decision based on the information by the agent. So, this is the customer service from Priceline, pushing the customer away and nothing they offered to the customer. Not even any compensation or absorbing the total difference. I will not use Priceline anymore and not even recommending to anyone.

I will never use priceline ever again. They are using the fineprint which almost always comes as an afterthought to scam people of their hard-earned money. I will convince as many friends and family as i can not to use priceline. They also have the worst customer service- they will give you the runaround, put you on hold for all eternity and sometimes even ou the phone down on you. Never again for priceline.

Priceline = waste of time. They are the worst company i have ever dealt with. Do not book with them EVER. I am a Canadian and they do not even price their products for me in CAD. When I realized prices were in USD, noted on the confirmation page, they said they cannot cancel my booking. I contacted them immediately after, literally 1 minute after booking. The person I spoke to, Ceasar, was a real *** He said it was my fault for not reading extremely fine print. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR SERVICE AND GENUINELY HORRIBLE HELP. It was as if his sole goal was to make sure I was unhappy after the conversation. He repeated that it was solely my fault 5 times. Never again would I use priceline, and I certainly DO NOT recommend!!

I went to Miami for a family vacation and decided to use Priceline for the living situation. When I booked the room over the home The lady informed me that it was a four star room. When I actually arrived to the room it was a dormitory style room which had 12 people in one room which The lady over the phone forgot to mention Not only did she forget to mention that but she also lied about the rating of the room I immediately called Priceline back and was very upset because I was mislead she told me that they would get me a refund and it is going on 3 weeks and I have still not received my refund yet I would not recommend anyone not even a dog to book thru Priceline bucause they will lie to you just to get you to book with them and they don't take care of there customers AT ALL!!!
