I booked a hotel in Montana. At check out we were invoiced $664.12 but the credit card charge from Priceline was $748.00.
When I called Priceline about this they said that was their profit mark up. $85.00??? I was told at the hotel we would have been given a better price if we had dealt directly with them and not gone through Priceline.
Also I had found a better hotel at a lower price with another discount Internet company and tried to cancel with Priceline which I could not.
They would not refund any of my money.
I would not recommend Priceline at all. Customer service is a "0" priceing is a "0" Quality of the recommended hotel is a "0"
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $85.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Complete dishonest business model.
I didn't like: Non cancellation and priceing, Unethical practices, Unflexible, Denied refund, I did not like it.
