I purchased a Business Class ticket on 4/16/18 on the Priceline website under the misleading offer-name of “EXPRESS DEAL". Priceline posted minimal information about the terms, omitting outrageous layover times (up to 17 hours at multiple stops) until I actually purchased the ticket.

And then, even though I called their customer-care line within minutes, Priceline employees were rude and refused to refund or alter the ticket in any way. Let me summarize this scam again: Priceline does not allow the customer to see the number of stops, actual time of layovers, or arrival times, until the customer has entered their credit card information. And then PRICELINE IMMEDIATELY CHARGES YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUTASKING YOU TO CONFIRM THE FLIGHT INFORMATION OR INFORM YOU THAT THE TICKET IS IN NON-REFUNDABLE. I wasted 2 hours on the phone trying to rectify this the problem and they absolutely REFUSED to help me.

PLEASE RECONSIDER BOOKING ANY FLIGHT WITH PRICELINE. THEY ARE NOT AN ETHICAL COMPANY
