Priceline provided no support when the hotel provided only a small fullsize bed for two people. Hotels provide a queen size bed or better when you book for two.

Since the hotel would not move us I requested help from Priceline. Either change the room or have the reservation be cancelled. Priceline stated that there was nothing they could do to help. Even spoke to the supervisor but we were stll stuck in the room.Priceline apparently has no leverage and do not really care about it's customers.

No apology from the hotel or Priceline. I will never use them again.

Monetary Loss: $450.
