I just don't get it! Or more accurately YOU FOLKS at Priceline JUST NOT GET IT!
Most likely you and your colleague, Leanne B, who sent me the first mail inquiring why I had cancelled my first car rental reservation with Priceline, completely ignored my statement that on the confirmation email sent to me regarding the first car rental reservation (144-606-943-47) there is no wording on it stating that there is no cancellation once reservations have been approved and accepted. Obviously, you are adhering to a script and I am assuming that your customer service center is also in India. But what is *** me off is that the woman in the Indian call center never informed me that there was ALSO a processing fee of $14.70.
I was assuming that the cancellation fee including such a fee. So it seems that I am being penalized TWICE.
Monetary Loss: $45.
