My husband's mother passed away so in an emergency he booked 8 flights to fly to KY to the funeral. In his haste, he entered my first name incorrectly.

When we called back, we tried to get the name corrected and they would not budge, no matter how many supervisors were spoken to, advising them it was a bereavement situation, even after we were informed that since we called back immediately and the airline had not been paid, they would not give us a courtesy. They kept telling me to cancel all 4 flights in my package and rebook at the new price of over $200 each. Thank God for Delta, helping me when I arrived at the counter but never again will we use priceline.

Their customer service, policy and lack of courtesy is not worth it especially in such a difficult time like this. We were stressed already and did not need this small issue that could have been rectified added to it.
