i used priceline to book 2 night s in pa near hershey .i checked in to the rooms and there was bugs crawling all over the hotel never gave us my refund priceline never reimbursed my money im out 500.00 thank you priceline when i went to the lobby to complain .the front desk attendant told me to bring back the keys by the time i came back to the lobby the office was closed .priceline said they tried to accomadate me and stood by the hotel .my credit card fought with priceline but to no avail .i guess buyer beware

This is the problem with booking a ticket with Priceline, Orbitz, Expedia, etc.----you pay these companies and then when you have a problem, you have already paid and are basically stuck. Their customer service is atrocious and only works to your disadvantage.

You are always best to book hotels, airlines, etc. direct with the provider---not an intermediary like Priceline.
