Thought name your price would EVENTUALLY ask for the window of flying time, but this did not happen.I bid more than the posted price for the day (low of 116 for morning flights only) since I could ONLY fly in the evening I bid more, but less than the posted amount of the time I could travel.

Unfortunately the button to choose time never appeared and I purchased a ticket for the morning flight MORE than the posted amount. I immediately called customer service..... after 2 hours and repeated phone calls, I could get a refund of about half if I rebooked. Which I did this a week later since I did not have the money to purchase another ticket.

Unfortunately, again, I did not hear customer no service say that this 1 time offer was ONLY if the ticket was purchased WITHIN 24 hours- not a week later.

Monetary Loss: $120.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
