I booked a hotel through priceline, but when I checked in I found that I could have gotten the room for $10 less per night.
I called customer service and they were no help, saying you only have 24 hours from the time I booked the room to claim the best price guarantee. Priceline Customer service was NOT service. They said there was nothing they could do. And if I did not want to use Priceline again they would respect my decision.
I will not use priceline again. The Lowest Price guaranteed is a lie. This is totally false advertising.
