I got a hotel booking for myself and my kids using a priceline online agent. He booked me at a comfort inn hotel in New York.
When I reached the hotel, it seemed to be located in a *** locality with a dumpster on one side. The neighborhood was also shady, not good to stay for a family. So I packed up next morning although my reservation was for four nights and moved into another hotel in a good neighborhood. I called priceline asking if there is any refund for the remaining three nights and gave them the reason why I moved out of comfort inn.
They totally refused saying that if I booked online, they don't have a policy of changing it and cannot refund my money. I lost my money completely.
My strong advice: don't book through priceline.com. They are out to fool you and ar3e not at all cooperative.
