The LOW PRICE GUARANTEE that you see advertised all over tv

and your website is a extremely misleading statement.

Having booked a hotel room on your site, I later looked on

YOUR site and found the same room for a much lower price.

This however was not part of your LOW PRICE GUARANTEE.

Then to top off the problem now because of the hotel bill

I was given at check out shows the total cost of the room

at $425.40. This is the amount I will be allowed on travel

expenses instead of the $667.36 I was billed by your company.

I do understand that your employee said that I should not

have been given this copy of the bill.

(I DO NOT PLAN TO PLAN TO SUE FOR THE DIFFERENCE.)

I have learned all I need to know about your company.

I do believe that the (24 HOUR) part of your LOW PRICE

GAURANTEE should be posted under your GAURANTEE.
