Purchased round trip tickets in June 2018 for a trip in August 2018 from Priceline. Our group had a layover in Atlanta.

When we arrived at the gate to fly to our final destination, we discovered there were NO seats assigned to our group. The airline could only get us to our destination two days LATER the which made the trip in vain. When I explained all of this to Priceline, the customer service rep. blamed the airline and would not provide a refund.

I was informed that it was now the airline's responsibility.

I was informed by the airline that Priceline purchases "bulk" tickets from airlines at a very cheap rate, marks the prices up to consumers, uses air mile points to pay the airlines resulting in Priceline's amassing a huge profit. My $1500.00 tickets only cost Priceline $72.00.

Priceline sold full price airfare for seats that were not available.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $1505.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Every swindling practice they perform.

That's 100% your own fault for trying to cheap out with a 3rd party search engine. Deal directly with your providers and you most likely won't have incidents like what you have described.
