Priceline will never again get my business and furthermore, US Airways didn't seem to have anything nice to say about them either. I accepted the package for a certain flight for 2 people out in the morning for June 12.

Requested time 5:00am to 12:00pm. When the confirmation came back (after the charge, of course) Flight was for night time 9:20pm and arrived after midnight on June 13th. Unacceptable! Stop in Phoenix Priceline wouldn't help at all, put me on hold for a manager over 20 minutes and never picked up.

I will NEVER EVER use this service again. Burned once, shame on me.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of flight and associated monetary loss in the amount of $750. Priceline needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
