Priceline will never again get my business and furthermore, US Airways didn't seem to have anything nice to say about them either. I accepted the package for a certain flight for 2 people out in the morning for June 12.
Requested time 5:00am to 12:00pm. When the confirmation came back (after the charge, of course) Flight was for night time 9:20pm and arrived after midnight on June 13th. Unacceptable! Stop in Phoenix Priceline wouldn't help at all, put me on hold for a manager over 20 minutes and never picked up.
I will NEVER EVER use this service again. Burned once, shame on me.
It won't happen again.
