The property advertises elevators and on-site laundry facilities; however, during my stay the elevators were extremely slow and unreliable, causing long delays. The laundry facilities were non-functional/broken, despite being listed as an available amenity. These issues were not disclosed prior to booking and significantly impacted the usability of the stay. The condition of the room and common areas did not align with the quality presented in Priceline’s listing.Management was notified of these issues but did not provide a solution, repair timeline, or accommodation. No partial or full refund was offered despite the reduced functionality of advertised amenities.Video evidence has been uploaded showing the actual condition and functionality issues at the property.

The property conditions did not match the photos or descriptions shown on Priceline at the time of booking.Multiple essential amenities were unavailable, including elevators and laundry facilities, despite being advertised. The unsanitary condition of the room required immediate cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, which was not provided. The issues were reported to hotel management during the stay, but no corrective action or alternative accommodation was offered. The hotel failed to offer a partial or full refund despite the documented issues.Priceline was used as the booking platform, but the hotel refused to take responsibility, redirecting responsibility back to Priceline. The stay did not meet basic hospitality standards, making the room unsuitable for the length of stay booked.Video evidence has been uploaded showing the actual condition of the property at the time of stay.

I booked a room at Extended Stay America Fort Myers Northeast through Priceline, expecting accommodations consistent with the listing and advertised standards.

Upon arrival, the property was significantly misrepresented. The room and common areas were unsanitary, including visibly dirty conditions.

Multiple elevators were non-functional, and the on-site laundry facilities were broken, making basic amenities unavailable during my stay.

These issues were not disclosed at the time of booking.

Additionally, when I raised these concerns, the hotel manager responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, showing no effort to resolve the problems or accommodate the situation.

Due to the poor conditions, lack of advertised amenities, and unprofessional management, the stay did not meet reasonable expectations or the terms presented by Priceline. This constitutes a failure to deliver the service that was paid for.

I am requesting a full refund of $750 based on false advertising, unsanitary conditions, and failure to provide basic services as advertised.

User's recommendation: Avoid staying at extended stay northeast in ft myers.

Monetary Loss: $750.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Priceline Pros: Affordable hotels.

Priceline Cons: Hotels not at advertised.

Location: Orlando, Florida

I'm experiencing similar issues with Travelodge near San Francisco Airport and the bot on Priceline.
