Price Affordability

I named my own price at $100 per night. Priceline added their fee.

The total was $349. I agreed to this amount. When the Hotel accepted my price, the total was $397. There was an additional $16 per night "hotel fee".

I contacted Priceline and was told that I was required to pay it, because I agreed to supply a credit card and pay incidentals. I don't consider a flat $16 a night to be an "incidental".

Hotel is advertised as having free wi-fi and parking, so I have no clue what incidental I am incurring. Won't use priceline again.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of did not receive refund and horrible customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss not as described of hotel accommodation and associated monetary loss in the amount of $48. Priceline needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
