Priceline 4 Star Express Deal in San Diego LaLolla-UCSD. Advertised "Free Internet." When the booking was made and Priceline E-mailed my receipt, "Free Internet" was downgraded to "Free Internet (in public spaces.)

Rob- Priceline Online Customer Service Rep was utterly useless and his only job is seems to be to tell you Priceline can do no wrong. Was told "Free Internet" does not guarantee where the free internet will be. Makes no sense. Priceline intentionally misleads in its advertising and uses "arbitration clauses," to avoid all liability. Dishonest company, dismal, uneducated, dim witted customer service Reps.

Remember- Priceline amenities may or may not exist at the Hotel. In my case, Priceline advertised an amenity that did not exist- Free Internet.
