I purchased an express deal through Priceline's website. It stated it was a 4 start hotel and casino - all inclusive.

The casino is what drew me in and that is why i chose that deal. I like to gamble while i am on vacation - who doesn't. So after going to the website of the hotel - there was NOTHING on the website that talked about a casino. No pictures, description, amenities, features - NOTHING!

So I placed a call to the hotel and spoke with someone at their front desk who confirmed that the specific location i booked did NOT have one. So after calling Priceline to explain this issue i was told my reservation is non refundable etc.

They didn't even care that it was complete false advertising just that the reservation could not be cancelled or refunded. So apparently Priceline likes to false advertise to its consumers as well as take people's money from them.
