HORRIBLE! They said it was a failed booking because my name was "too long", yet I've used their website/service A LOT OF TIMES in the past and never had a problem until now!

Then they charged my card for the "failed booking". I have been trying to get a hold of their "customer service" for hours now but to no avail. They keep sending me to the automated service. All I want is to talk to an actual person and either just change the NAME on the booking or completely cancel (without them charging me!!!).

This is so stressful.

I will NEVER USE PRICELINE.COM again!!!!
