I can not believe you allow this company to use you as a hub. I will be tweeting out and posting on Facebook. Also I will be going on Podcasts, as well soon and saying as much.

I booked the car let them no I would be returning car 2 days later. Then I had a flat took it to Firestone and he said the tire had been patched so the lining of the tire had ripped because of the the machine it was put on stretched it.

He documented it for me, I took pictures, by the time I got to the car rental company they had taken money out of my bank account. They documented it at the rental place and I have yet to retrieve my deposit.

They said they were taking it back to have it checked to make sure the car wasn't damaged.

The customer service has been playing games with me. Refuse to let me talk to disputes. I have spoken to someone now 3 times and they say they car is still under inspection and when you rent they automatically Take your deposit etc out of your debit acount and deposit when you check in.

If you google this company it is all over the internet the companies. You are responsible for allowing this company to still be on your site. I hope Priceline will do the responsible thinga and dump them.
