I would like to explain my experience with the company "Priceline" Not only does it just give out false advertisement, but the customer service agents were very dishonest and could careless about customer satisfaction.I was taken for a $25 cancellation fee mistake on there end and had to book another hotel just to receive my refund!
After booking another more expensive hotel (which I did not get a deal for because it was the same price as the hotels website) They call themselves giving me a "cash bonus" for the inconvenience, but only can be used if I bid again. (Which after this experience I will NEVER use Priceline again!) I was not even offered anything afterwards after being on the phone with them since 11am this morning until 5pm this afternoon. Most of my day wasted on fixing their mistakes. I will be spreading the word regarding the inconvenience, poor customer satisfaction, and false advertisement on my blog.
