Recently I booked a trip with this company. It offered an opportunity to add a rental car so I said yes thinking that the company would have the rental car return 2 hours before take off.

Instead, just to add an extra day to the rental it unknowingly to me had the car being returned as the flight was in the air taking off. The National car rental agent pointed this out to me and called Priceline for me to straighten out the pricing.

After a half hour holding up the line Priceline eventually told him that it would refund the overcharge to me. It has been almost a month with no refund and now its representatives indicate that since I did not catch its falsehoods before booking it is going to cheat me out of the extra day's payment.
