I reserved a car and the rental car company closed early at the airport leaving me stranded in a strange city. I was told the counter does not close until the last flight comes in but this is not true as I was on the last flight into this airport.

After speaking to other car rental representatives at this airport I learned Hertz always closes early. Please note the representatives were not in a back office. I confirmed with several people that they left much earlier in the evening. After multiple attempts to contact both of these companies I am left frustrated and wondering how you can possibly run a company when no one can ever talk to a real person.

Thank you Hertz and Priceline for providing seriously substandard customer service. I will avoid both in the future and I will tell as many people as possible.
