I reserved a car rental for my trip slated for houston texas weeks ago. on arrival at the advantage kiosk to pick up my car rental for my trip 4/26/19 they requested i make a $200 deposit with my credit card which was not on my in ternary. I presented my wells fargo debit card also serves as a credit card but was turned down, the lady at the counter advised I called priceline customer care and sebastin was offering me a refund which has still not been deposited in my account, I was stranded at the airport and left to rent another vehicle at avis counter and they accepted my debit/credit card. Its very frustrating as my trip was delayed about two hours its not about the money but the inconveniences.Pick-up:Friday, April 26, 2019 10:00 AM
