Priceline - Bad Customer Service Review
The customer service is bad. They talk to you rude. Rooms have crack tiles and furniture is old faded and chip wood. Very out dated; 19 inch TV with converter box for tv service, and Ac makes a very loud knocking noise periodically. The entrance door is a bolt lock key, not card. The pool has no water but is very dirty. And once again the customer service is terrible. A lady and two mens will approach you with loud tone voice. Did not want to stay here but, had to because of refund policy. And believe they stated that to me.
Priceline - Attempted to reduce room reservations by one day and receive refund
I called priceline and asked that they refund the last day of our trip for two rooms. The canned response was that they have reviewed the agreement and we would not be eligible for a refund if we showed up and checked in, even if we didn't use the last day. I asked to be sent to a supervisor and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then the supervisor gave me the same canned response... We could cancel the trip completely and receive all but one night refunded or lose the last night. He pointed out that the end result is the same either way. I will tell everyone I know that Priceline sucks.

Priceline - Worst customer service
I would like you to know that Priceline customer service is horrible and not helpful at all. I am NOT HAPPY with the service. I have asked for the special request for my 2 exiting hotel reservation with priceline. I asked for double beds for special health reason and they kept me on the phone for over one hour and still ended up with no result. I am very disappointed as a long time customer and I am not coming back booking my future trips with priceline again.I am not happy with PRICELINE service. Priceline - THEY SCREWED ME!!!!
I made reservations for a flight and a car from PRICELINE. When I got to my destination I ended up trying to cancel because I no longer needed the car. My sister was dying in the hospital. They told me when I tried to cancel I would have to cancel EVERYTHING< even my flight. So I can have no flight home??? no thanks, just cancel the car!!!!! Apparently they dont know the difference between and car and a plane! She was just about threatening me that she was going to cancel it all!! They charged me separatley, and gave me seperate confirmation numbers....why are they considered one reservation??? I also paid extra for travellers insurance, which seems to be a whole long procedure of forms and CONTACTING my sisters physician TO HARASS him to fill out forms. WTH??? What is wrong with this world??? I spent hours on the phone for this $175. Its a matter of principle. I am sick to my stomach and will NEVER buy from PRICELINE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Priceline mis-represented their quality rating of a property in Name Your Own Price
There is no recourse for customers when a customer's experience of a property that Priceline booked does not match the quality rating advertised by Priceline. I have sent letters, chatted with Priceline customer service (on the phone and online) before and after my stay, and sent letters to the Connecticut Better Business Bureau. I agreed to lose control of the exact property and location when I used "Name Your Own Price". I did not agree to lose control of quality and be at the mercy of Priceline as to whether or not they mis-represent the quality of a property. I bid on a 2.5 star property and was booked into a 1 star property (for which I paid $154. I have no recourse. Priceline has no motivation NOT to mis-represent the quality ratings of the properties it books. I, too, wish to dissuade everyone I know from using Priceline in the future.
Priceline - Reservation date problem
I booked a one night stay at a hotel through the priceline.com website. There was no way to enter a correct date on the initial page, so I thought I could do so on the confirmation page, I had also payed a five dollar insurance to cancel, unbeknownst to me, the cancellation fee is a one night rate, or rebook and get charge 50% of what was charged. I spoke to customer service two times and there was nothing that could be done for me. The first agent was extremely rude and sarcastic in his demeanor. I wasted two hours on this stressful experience. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Priceline - Hotel Booking Review
I booked two nights on by mistake and figured that I could just call them and have them cancel the request and only book for one night. I called them and they told me that thwy couldn't do anything because their "policy" said they are not allowed to do that. I asked if I could just get a voucher then so I would still be charged but stay a different night? No that would change the agreement and we will charge you anyways and not give you anything. They were rude, condescending, and the most unpleasant people I have ever tried to speak to about a problem I had. Now im going to be charged for two nights when I can only be there for one. Thanks priceline you have now guaranteed me and anyone else I know that is going on vacation to never use you.
PL site said hotel was 2.5 stars with a guest rating of 8.0 on the Express Deals page, so I went to the next page and bought the deal. When it confirms my hotel, it has 2.5 stars and a guest rating of 5.7 Ouch... How is this even possible? Once the guest ratings drop...
Priceline - Unable to change reservation date
I absolutely needed to change my reservation at the Castillo Real in St. Augustine, but was completely unable to do so, in spite of having trip cancellation insurance. What good is spending extra for reservation cancellation insurance if you can’t cancel a reservation? "Only in cases of illness and baggage loss" is quite unaccommodating. Why not allow us to change to the next date? This is quite inconsiderate and I want everyone to know that they should Never use this service! Hotels that take their reservations probably should go elsewhere to find customers. There was no negotiating possible with this company.
