Gulf Breeze in Galveston did not honor my confirmed reservation and priceline/booing.com counseled it after 4 hours stress phone calls leaving me to find accommodations for three nights. You are still showing this place in an add when I search on Google. This is not good business to leave people that trust you stranded.

Credit card erroneously charged

When my husband made this reservation, he was quoted the rate of $143.00 for one night at the Holiday Inn Riverview in Charleston, SC and given a confirmation number. He was told he would receive an email to that effect.

His email is josephbarker04@***.com. He never received it. When we got our MasterCard statement, we were charged $259.76. In checking with the hotel, they confirmed the $143 rate plus about $20.00 taxes and fees.

They charged our card $163.54. HOW do we get $259.76 out of that. Someone is not telling the truth. Now someone there is sending me an invoice saying the rate was $189.00 plus over $55.00 in fees.

I can tell you we would NEVER have been okay with that.

I have notified MasterCard that I want to dispute the charges. No, we would NEVER book with this again.

They would not cancel my 2nd room. I called the hotel and they said that I am in the window of time with which I can cancel my room.

Priceline booked me with a different bed size than wha I paid for. Priceline refunded 10% of what i paid but with amount of time wasted going to Disneyland is not worth it!!

I booked a 4 night stay at The Anaheim Hotel in CA but when when I checked in and walked so far from the front desk found out my room is a queen room! Called the front desk and spoke with the manager and have to walk back in the front desk to show her my reservation from Priceline, but she said not the hotel fault because thats what Priceline reserved and no king room available.

In short since i have no other choice at that time I accepted the queen bed room. Once again was given a different room (1st one was dirty in toilet sink) as soon as we placed our stuff out of our luggage, manager calling asking if they still need a king room still when ch I declined being tired and hungry (its been a 2 1/2 hrs going back and front!). Waste of time which I dont have much for a 10% refund?!).

Unbelievable! And the lady named Veronica that I spoked with first and transferred me to the guest services agent took too many questions of whys which she already knew she cant help..

False info on your site

My house flooded and had no where to go made a rsvp in Nampa where I live and showed on reservation, hotel has policy thru you and multiple sites that no one living in a 50 mile radius can book a room. Priceline should of flagged me then before confirming rsvp!! Had to sleep in my car which was not fun at all!! Very livid!! Angry

I cancelled a car reservation on 1/26/2022, trip number 499******** in Portland OR, I was told I would receive a refund of 1798.73 on that date, my financial institution has not received that refund yet. I call them every time before I reach out to Priceline, Ive reached out multiple times , Ive gotten the same run around, every single time. Ive paid interest on this money for 4 months. I was given a case number 139********, this is unacceptable business practices, Ive used Priceline for years, this is not how you should treat your loyal customers

Cancelled Car Reservation

My Name is Jerry Foulke. Back on March 12,2022.

I tried to reserve a car rental online through Priceline for Dollar Car Rental. I filled out all the information. I never received any confirmation via email the rental was processed. I assumed it didn't go through.

Later in the same day. I reserved a car rental through Dollar Car Rental website. This time I did get a confirmation via email.

Later in the month when I received my credit card statement. I see there was a charge for a car rental of $632.18 for Priceline/Dollar Rental.

And also a charge of $632.18 for a car rental to Hertz/Dollar Rental.

I call Hertz. They explained what had happen. They told me they will cancel the rental from Priceline and I would receive a refund back to my credit card. I received my April credit card statement.

There was not a refund for the cancelled rental on my statement. So, I called hertz again. They said that Priceline has to issue the refund. So, I contacted Priceline.

They said per the cancellation notice. I will not be receiving any refund. This is just wrong. To steal $632.18 for something that was not my fault.

Do the right thing.

Hotel issue

This is the last time I will use priceline. Customer service was not helpful at all. I had so many issues and all they were willing to do was a measly coupon when I couldve had a serious allergic reaction I los the fact an all inclusive was nottttt all inclusive There were bugs in our food. Its disgusting to think that you guys think thats ok

Change of rental car Priceline trip number 521-***-***-**

I spoke to someone this morning - last night your time - and he confirmed that I could change the above booking as our flights have been cancelled and we would be arriving very late on 4th May and would like to pick up car early morning on 5th May. He told me that this was no problem but he would need to cancel my previous booking and make a new booking for the same price.

I received the cancellation but not the new booking? I'm very worried about this and would appreciate you confirming that I have the same car and price for the 5th instead of the 4th May.

Awful service experience and supervisors do not care about customer concerns! My credit card has been used to make multiple purchases fraudulently. My card has been cancelled. You will not be paid for these purchases that I did not make. Not only was I charged the wrong amount, but they did not get back to me about my query. I was very unhappy and called them but received no responce from the customer service or the receptionist.
